Touch the tip of the roller in paint tray.

Continue rolling along the grill on the paint tray to evenly distribute the paint. Add small amounts of paint at a time.

Roll along grill till the roller is glossy but not dripping and voila! Your roller is perfectly loaded.
NOTE:
It is very easy to overload your roller causing a big mess and wastes paint. If you’re roller is dripping with too much paint simply continue rolling it over the grill to remove excess, simply continue rolling it on your paint trays grill to remove excess paint!
